Please select the consultation package that best suits your needs. A 50% deposit is required to secure your consultation, with the remaining balance due on the day of your consultation.

01 | Design Direction — $500

Deposit: $250

Balance: $250 — due on consultation day

This consultation includes:

✨1-on-1 consultation (Virtual or On-Site)
✨Professional design advice tailored to your space, lifestyle, and project goals
✨Discussion of space planning opportunities and furniture arrangement recommendations
✨Conceptual furniture layout guidance
✨Curated mood board(s) to establish the design direction and aesthetic
✨Recommendations for colours, furnishings, finishes, décor, and styling elements
✨Recommended next steps for your project

Room Coverage: The Design Direction consultation allows us to address all rooms/spaces discussed during the consultation and site visit.

02 | Visual Design — $1,500

Deposit: $750

Balance: $750 — due on consultation day

Everything included in the Design Direction consultation, PLUS:

✨1 professional 3D render
✨More detailed visual development of your chosen space

Room Coverage: This package covers ONE room/space. Additional rooms can be added for $200 per room.

03 | Completion Design — $2,500

Deposit: $1,250

Balance: $1,250 — due on consultation day

Everything included in the Visual Design consultation, PLUS:

✨Sourcing assistance
✨Product, furnishing and décor recommendations
✨Assistance bringing the design concept together

Room Coverage: This package covers ONE room/space. Additional rooms can be added for $200 per room.

The level of design development and deliverables provided depends on the consultation package selected.

For the $500 Design Direction consultation, we can discuss and provide design direction for all rooms/spaces addressed during the site visit.

The $1,500 Visual Design and $2,500 Completion Design packages are focused on one selected room/space. Additional rooms may be added at $200 per room.

The consultation packages do not include technical drawings, elevations, detailed construction documentation, contractor coordination, or project management unless specifically included or quoted as an additional service.
